全院師生堅持“以問題為導向、以項目為抓手、以團隊為核心、以服務經濟社會發展為宗旨”，瞄準科學前沿，推進科研質量不斷提升。

近3年來，學院科研人員共發表論文100餘篇，其中一類論文33篇，二類論文8篇；發明專利3項，軟件著作8項。學院科研人員有3篇研究報告獲宿州市政府領導批示，有2篇研究報告獲安徽省社科聯“三項課題”活動一等獎，有2篇研究報告獲安徽省社科聯“三項課題”活動二等獎，有1篇論文獲安徽省社科聯第十八屆學術征文二等獎。
